Pastor Leasa Corbin has been involved in the Christian ministry for 36 years. She was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Her parents cultivated the love for God in their children from a young age. Versatile and compassionate, gregarious and diligent, she became a major asset to the ministry through her works and the ministry of helps by putting her hands to every good work. At the age of 30, Leasa Corbin was ordained as a minister. Twenty years later, Leasa Corbin supported her husband as they founded the Marvelous Light Church in Riverside, NJ.
For the past 13 years, Pastor Leasa Corbin has been the heart of the Marvelous Light ministry. She skillfully applies her God-given talents and anointing to perform a plethora of spiritual and administrative duties. Passionate about the institution of marriage, Leasa Corbin eagerly shares her 30-year experience as a wife with single, engaged and married women. In tandem with her husband, Pastor Lincoln Corbin Sr., she’s helped over a hundred couples preserve love and happiness in their marriage. Pastor Leasa Corbin always stays faithful to the belief that she can do all things through Christ who strengthens her. Every day, as she battles sickness and overcomes struggles, celebrates victories and triumphs, she testifies of healing and His exceeding Greatness.
Among Pastor Leasa Corbin’s most evident gifts is her passion for people and ability to teach and preach. Her encouragement lies in the strong belief that life’s challenges are nothing but opportunities for God to have His way. She is the founder of the W.O.V.E.N. (Women of Virtue Excelling Now) Women’s ministry. Her never changing motto is “Look Up and Live!”. She is a frequent keynote speaker at regional Christian events and conferences. During her studies at the Jameson Bible Institute in Philadelphia, PA, Pastor Leasa Corbin received an outstanding biblical preparation.
Pastor Leasa Corbin resides with her husband in Southern New Jersey. She is a happy mother of three children and a daughter and son-in-law. She is also a proud grandmother of ten grandchildren.
